weight loss

Well I'm into my second week of my diet and my scale must be broken because they say I am 84kg that means I have put on 2kg I just can't diet to save my live I want so much to lose weight but obviously not as much as I keep saying I do

So I (against my better judgement) have joined a diet club online, will it help????? hears hoping I have been on it before and did enjoy the site but when I stopped I put my weight back on

I NEED to do this for my health and my wellbeing SO WHY can't I ????????????????????

So my new weigh in day is Mondays so keeping my fingers crossed

Started walking again and I will try and do some exercises in house but not promising myself anything

I think I will start putting all my calories on this site so I can see it not only on diet site but on here too and then maybe I will wake up and get myself motivated

my weight loss

Well I have tried to be good but it bloody snowing like a  crazy so been having comfort food and hot toddy's, but I don't think one day will make a difference ay!!!!

Power cut again last night went to bed early for me anyway

The beginning of this blog was started yesterday but had power cut so couldn't finish it

So today Sunday it's still snowing but dare I same it's not as bad as yesterday

Stew for lunch already had hot toddy

my weight loss

Well I had a good day yesterday kept all my portions sizes 1/3 less than normal the only thing i did not do was exercise because it was raining all day and i couldn't get out with the dogs with much to their disgust so i stayed in and watched a bit of TV and then made dinner  BORING!!!!!

Life is pretty boring when you can't get out because of the weather and it's cold in the house it doesn't make you want to do anything at all but eat, but i didn't i was good I did drink but not as much as would have done before the new year so that in it's self is a good thing

today the weather is the same yesterday but I did my house work and cooked breakfast and lunch we had porridge for breakfast and risotto with mushrooms for lunch I had 1/3 of the amount I would of had in the past so hopefully that will made a difference on the scales next week fingers crossed

my weight loss

I have decided to use this blog for my weight loss program.  I think it would help me to loss my excess 10 kilo  plus by writing about what I eat and drink and generally write down how I feel how I truly feel

So I weighed myself on Saturday 15th January 2011 and I weighed 85 kilo I'm not at all surprised about that if you saw what I ate over the Christmas period you wouldn't be surprised either, so I have decided to weigh myself every Thursday morning before I have my breakfast and after I have been to the toilet....... So this morning I weighed myself and I weigh 83 kilo.........  so 2 kilo down loads more to go
I am having lasagna and salad for lunch today and this evening I am having the rest of the soup I made yesterday
I've tried to find a free online slimming club but there isn't any and I don't want to spend money on something to help me lose weight been there done that and I'm still over weight
I don't know how I'm going to do here in Italy because there is so much good food (hence the reason why I'm over weight ) too many meals out in the past so now we go out once or twice a month which saves money and makes me cook more homely food
I have been teaching myself  to cook Italian and if i do say so myself I'm getting pretty good at it, all i need to do now is eat smaller portions and drink less (which is a good thing)and exercise more, I have started going for walks with the dogs up our steep hill at the back of the house, I have to stop a few times because I'm out of breath but I'm getting to the top
