Well just spoken to my sister and our brother Harry died this evening at the age of 64 MY GOD that is a young age an age where you should be enjoying live retirement, my father died at the same age so what as life got in store for us
Well it's made me think about my lifestyle, the way i drink alcohol what i eat and the exercise I do, it will all have to change or I will end up the same way and I have too much to live for I'm enjoying my life so I am going to lose this excess weight and exercise and see my great grand children grow up
So starting tomorrow morning I am going to be strict about everything eating, drinking, exercise the lot and ou will see a new me
I know heart decease is in the family so why do wait until now , you know what they say, you always wait until something like this has happened then you do something to look after yourself
